Flying Bears Talent.AI ("FLB," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered character creation and social media content generation platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

This policy applies to all users of the Service, including visitors to our website, registered account holders, and subscribers to our Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

  • Account Information: When you register using Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive or store your Google password.
  • Character Data: Information you provide when creating AI characters, including character names, descriptions, personality traits, visual attributes, and configuration settings.
  • Generated Content: AI-generated images, poses, and other visual content created through the Service, along with associated metadata such as generation parameters and timestamps.
  • Social Media Information: Social media account handles and platform identifiers you provide for content publishing features.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, generation requests, session duration, and error logs.
  • Device and Technical Data: Your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and general location information derived from your IP address.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and provide the core features of the Service, including AI character creation and content generation.
  • AI Processing: To process your character configurations and generate images, poses, and social media content using our AI models.
  • Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, identify technical issues, and improve the functionality, performance, and user experience of the Service.
  • Communication: To send you service-related notices, respond to your inquiries, and provide customer support.
  • Security: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

4. AI-Generated Content Handling

When you use the Service to generate images or other content:

Your character configurations and generation parameters are sent to our AI processing infrastructure. Generated images are stored on our cloud servers and associated with your account. Generation metadata (such as parameters used and timestamps) is retained for service improvement and to enable you to reproduce or modify previous generations.

We may use anonymized and aggregated generation data to improve our AI models and the overall quality of the Service. We do not use your individual character configurations or generated content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with the following categories of recipients:

  • Authentication Providers: We use Google OAuth for account authentication. Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: We use third-party cloud hosting providers to store and process data. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
  • Analytics Services: We use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used. These tools may collect anonymized usage data.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

  • Account Data: Retained until you delete your account. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
  • Generated Content: AI-generated images and associated data are retained until you delete them individually or delete your account.
  • Usage Data: Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement purposes.
  • Backup Copies: Residual copies of your data may persist in backup systems for up to 90 days after deletion.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the account deletion feature in your account settings or contact us using the information provided below.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest
  • Access controls and authentication requirements for our systems
