- Payment Timing
- Subscription: charged at sign-up and then on each subsequent renewal date (monthly, or annual where applicable). Credit pack: charged at the time of purchase.
- Service Delivery Timing
- The service becomes available immediately after payment is confirmed.
- Returns and Cancellation
- Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not provided after purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from account settings, after which future renewals will stop. The current paid period is not refunded.

- Recommended browsers: latest stable versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Mozilla Firefox. A stable internet connection is required.
